Delete your data.
Bismillah Duas has no accounts. Everything is kept under an anonymous ID, and you can remove it yourself in a few seconds.
In the app
- Open Bismillah Duas and tap the person icon at the top left to open You.
- Tap Privacy.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
The app deletes your data from our servers straight away and starts fresh with a new anonymous ID.
What is deleted
- Your favourites, private notes, recitation counts, streak and tasbih totals
- The feelings you picked, your settings and reminder times
- Requests, feedback and error reports you sent
- This phone's push address for announcements
- Your anonymous ID itself
What is kept, and for how long
Anonymous usage data and crash reports already sent are not linked to your new ID. They are deleted automatically within 1 year, and screen recordings within 30 days. If you'd like them erased sooner, email us.

No longer have the app? Email support@bismillahduas.com with the subject "Delete my data". We'll reply within 30 days.
